Window 2 District Assessment Coordinator (DAC) Binder Order Form Data Issue

The order form for the Window 2 DAC Binder experienced an API (Application Programming Interface) service outage, affecting the order form. This incident resulted in data loss for orders submitted. 

Districts choosing to order a DAC Binder for Window 2 will need to use the following DAC Binder Pre-Order for Window 2 Form link to resubmit your order and not the previous link sent.
