QUALITY CONTROL (QC) DAY DATA NOW CLOSED 

Thank you for participating in today’s Quality Control (QC) Day. The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) appreciates the time and effort in carefully reviewing the data. Because of the work completed by districts across the state, the quality of the accountability data has been strengthened ahead of public release. During today’s data review, no systemic issues were identified.  

Tentative Timeline for Public Release: 

• Nov. 17 – 8:00 a.m. ET: Release to districts under embargo (discussion permitted internally, not in public meetings). 

• Nov. 17 – 1:00 p.m. ET: Release to working media under embargo (discussion with media permitted, not in public meetings). 

• Nov. 19 – 12:01 a.m. ET: Public release of accountability data. 

Additional public release guidance and resources will be shared in an upcoming Monday DAC Email. 

Following public release, DACs and school staff may request corrections to individual student-level data through the Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application. The 10-day regulatory data review window will be open from Nov. 19 through Dec. 4.
