Tentative Timeline for Release of Accountability Data
The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) is releasing a tentative timeline for the 2025 public reporting of school accountability results and test data. The timeline below outlines key dates and activities leading up to and following the public release:

Nov. 17 at 8:00 a.m. ET – The district embargo begins, allowing districts to access and review their accountability data internally.

Nov. 17 at 1:00 p.m. ET – The media embargo opens. Districts may begin discussing their data privately with media representatives, though the information remains under embargo.

Nov. 19 at 12:01 a.m. ET – The embargo lifts, and accountability results and test data are publicly released statewide.

Nov.19-Dec. 4 – The 10-day regulatory data review window opens. During this period, districts may submit new individual student change requests in SDRR. The review window opens at 9:00 a.m. ET on Nov. 19 and closes for new ticket submissions at 5:00 p.m. ET on Dec. 4.
