Spring 2026 SAT Junior State Administration – School Onboarding Guidance and Access Codes
The Sept. 29 Monday DAC email introduced College Board’s school onboarding process for the Spring 2026 SAT Junior State Administration. School onboarding ensures that eligible schools are properly set up for state-funded testing through College Board’s SAT Suite Ordering and Registration (SSOR) system.
Earlier today, District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) should have received an email from College Board that included:
- Access codes to obtain Access Manager rights in SSOR
Please refer to the email to complete the school setup survey. DACs should check spam folders if the email is not found in the inbox. For additional assistance with access, contact Christen Roseberry.
Timeline
- The school setup survey will remain available through Friday, Oct. 24.
- Schools may make updates after their initial submission.
- The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) and College Board will host an office hour on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET to assist districts with any issues completing this specific task. Districts that complete the survey without issue do not need to join the office hour.
Account Requirements
All staff who will use SSOR to support the Spring 2026 SAT Junior State Administration must have a College Board Professional Account.
- A professional email address and phone number must be used when creating the account.
For any questions, please contact Christen Roseberry.

Upcoming SSD & Accommodations Webinar
Assessment Coordinators and SSD Coordinators are encouraged to attend College Board’s SSD and Accommodations webinar on Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET.

Spring 2026 SAT Junior State Administration – Official SAT Practice
Students are encouraged to begin preparing now for the Spring 2026 SAT Junior State Administration, which will take place between March 2 and April 10, 2026. Practicing ahead of test day helps students build confidence, strengthen skills, and become familiar with the digital testing format.
Free, high-quality resources are available through Official SAT Practice, including full-length practice tests. Encourage students to explore these tools early and make practice part of routines this year.
For any questions, please contact Christen Roseberry.

Checking K Screen Data on the BRIGANCE Online Management System and Infinite Campus
District BRIGANCE contacts should conduct periodic checks to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. Two reports are available in the BRIGANCE OMS for checking data entry. Each report should be exported as a CSV file for optimal functionality.
The Group Screening Summary Report lists every student with submitted data, which will be reported to KDE after the Wednesday, Oct. 15 deadline. Use this report to find students with duplicate entries by unchecking the box “Include only the most recent.” When the data is exported as a CSV file, the district BRIGANCE contact can arrange the student names in alphabetical order and check for duplicates. Students should only have one entry. If duplicates appear, delete the duplicate entry in the BRIGANCE OMS. Detailed instructions can be found in the Guidance for Updating/Removing Duplicate Screen Entries in the OMS.
The Screened/Not Screened Report lists every student in the school or district and shows whether the students have data saved but not submitted or data submitted. This report also shows if students have no screening data entered.
An additional report is available in IC called the Early Learning Prior Settings Report, which is most effective when exported as a CSV file. To search for students with no prior setting data, set filters in the spreadsheet and search for blanks in the “Type” field. The students displayed have no prior setting data entered. Please note this report shows every kindergarten student in the district, including those who have been retained. Retained or repeating Kindergarten students MUST include prior setting data. The category “Kindergarten” is now a choice in IC for those students.
Please contact Tiffany Christopher with any questions.
