Visual Impairment (VI) Materials Order Form Data Issue 

The order form for the VI Materials experienced an API (Application Programming Interface) service outage, affecting the order form. This incident may have resulted in data loss for orders submitted between Tuesday, Aug. 12 and Wednesday, Aug. 13.  

Districts whose orders were successfully received by the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) have already been contacted by Krista Mullins via email to confirm receipt. If your district submitted VI Materials orders during this time (Aug. 12-13), but has not received a confirmation email, please use the Visual Impairment (VI) Order Form link to resubmit your order.  

KDE apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciates your prompt attention to ensuring all orders are successfully recorded.
