It’s called NAVIGATE: a comprehensive website designed to support the systems that help your school run better.
Today, we’re rolling out the first piece of the site: Needs-Based Wellness. This section is designed to help you reflect, reset and build small practices that support your energy, clarity, and sustainability as a leader.
This is just the beginning. In the coming weeks, we’ll share more tools to support academic systems, intervention and more. But for now, we invite you to start with yourself.

Supporting New Teachers: A Leadership Responsibility
As new teachers come into Kentucky's schools, it’s essential to remember that the Kentucky Educator Mentorship Program (KEMP) is a required support for all new teachers. The success of this program starts with you – the school principal. Your leadership is key in selecting strong mentors, fostering a supportive school culture and ensuring that mentoring conversations are meaningful and focused on instructional growth.
The KEMP Guidance Document includes a dedicated section outlining the roles and responsibilities of school administrators. It’s a helpful resource to guide your work in launching or sustaining a strong mentorship program.

Initial Certified Evaluation Training Opportunities
 2025 Initial Certified Evalution Training at the Kentucky Educational Development Corporation in Lexington
Are you a new evaluator of certified personnel or do you know someone who is? If so, there are eight remaining opportunities across the state to attend the required Initial Certified Evaluation Training with the P3 Team during the 2025-2026 school year. Register now!
Some locations are filling up, so now is your chance to claim a spot at the location of your choice.
All NEW EVALUATORS must attend this 2-day, 12-hour EILA credit training, per 704 KAR 3:370 and KRS 156.557 and pass the corresponding assessment.
*P3 is the ONLY approved provider of the Initial Certified Evaluation Training.
