Q: Is there a tentative timeline for the Fall Data Review?
A: The tentative window for the Fall Reporting Data Review is Aug. 13-21. All new tickets must be submitted in the Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application by 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 21. Districts and schools will have a final opportunity to review individual student data for WIDA ACCESS, WIDA Alternate ACCESS, Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA), Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA), Four-Year (2025) and Five-Year (2024) Cohort Graduation Rate, Postsecondary Readiness (PR) and PR Scores before public reporting.
There will be additional PowerPoints, video trainings and communications sent to districts closer to the opening of Fall Reporting Data Review.
Attending the WIDA Annual Conference? Help Shape the New WIDA Can Do Descriptors
WIDA is looking for #WIDA2025 attendees to join a focus group on Monday, Oct. 27, to help review, discuss and inform drafts of the new WIDA Can Do Descriptors that are currently under development. WIDA is seeking educators who have expertise in language development and are familiar with the WIDA English Language Development (ELD) Standards Framework, 2020 Edition, and the current Can Do's. Familiarity with the Marco de los estándares del desarrollo auténtico del lenguaje español de WIDA (Marco DALE) is also considered a plus.
Learn more about the focus group selection criteria and apply to be considered using the online application by Friday, Aug. 15, at 11:59 p.m. CT. If educators are chosen to participate, hotel rooms may be provided on Sunday night for attendees whose travel requires arrival the night before the Monday focus group. Educators also get a $50 gift card (and a huge thank you from WIDA!) for participating.

Assessment Scores in Infinite Campus
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) strives to publish student results data in Infinite Campus (IC) as it becomes available. KDE will publish 2024-2025 scores for KYOTE and ACT beginning Wednesday, July 30.
