(FRANKFORT, KY) –The Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB) will hold an in-person meeting Wednesday, June 4, at 2 p.m. ET.
The Education Professional Standards Board, in full collaboration and cooperation with its education partners, promotes high levels of student achievement by establishing and enforcing rigorous professional standards for preparation, certification and responsible and ethical behavior of all professional educators in Kentucky.
The meeting will be held in person and the public may attend at 300 Sower Blvd. 5th Floor. Members of the public may view the meeting on the KDE Media Portal.

Closed Session Review
- Following a motion in open session pursuant to KRS 61.810 (1)(c) and (1)(j), it is anticipated that the EPSB will move into closed session to conduct a character and fitness review and to review potential actions relating to complaints and reports. The EPSB will also review pending litigation.

Case Decisions
- Following the closed session review, the EPSB shall move into open session. All decisions will be made in open session.

Break
- The EPSB will take a short recess and move to the State Board Room to join the Kentucky Board of Education (KBE) for the final item.
