2025 State Conference
Thank you to all who attended, competed, volunteered and helped to make the 2025 Educators Rising State Conference so special. Plans are already underway for the 2026 State Conference.

2025 National Delegates
Educators Rising will hold its National Delegate Meeting on June 28, 10 a.m.-noon ET at the national conference in Orlando. This meeting is an exciting leadership opportunity for students and a great resume item.
The purpose of the voting delegate is to transact business items of the organization. Delegates vote on matters that pertain to the organization’s wellness and work to enhance members’ experiences.
Students MUST attend the national conference to serve as a delegate. Kentucky has been allocated 10 delegates.
DEADLINE to submit the student delegate form: April 5 @ 11:59 p.m. ET
2025-2026 State Officer Elections
State officers will be elected by chapters this year. Newly elected students will begin their term of office in July 2025 and hold that position until July 2026. Available positions for the 2025-2026 school year are: president elect, director of membership, director of communications and director of outreach and services.
Officer duties and qualifications should be reviewed with all prospective candidates. The timeline for the election process is included in this document as well.

Signing Day:
KDE would love to attend your chapter Signing Day!
Each year, Educators Rising celebrates upcoming high school graduates who have committed to pursuing a postsecondary degree in education by encouraging them to participate in an Educators Rising National Signing Day at the local level. The 2025 Educators Rising National Signing Day is on May 6. However, chapters should schedule at their convenience.

New Website:
There are some changes on the horizon for GoTeachKY! We can't wait to share our new website, which will include up-to-date information for all things EdRising. The website will formally launch on April 7, so stay tuned!

Micro-credentials:
Starting on April 1, only the following three micro-credentials will remain available for sale via Digital Promise:
- Collaboration;
- Formative assessment; and
- Learner engagement.
Those schools who have purchased our "Beginning to Teach" series will continue to have access to the original five micro-credentials through June 30, 2025.
On April 30, 2025, we will announce an updated series of next-generation micro-credentials.
The new series of micro-credentials will be:
- Lesson Design
- Effective Classroom Leadership
- Collaboration
- Formative Assessment
- Learner Engagement
