Q: When is the next training opportunity for the ACT Spring 2024 Junior State Administration?
A: The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) and ACT are partnering to offer testing staff the opportunity to attend an upcoming training session. The session will provide information about the ACT spring 2025 junior state administration.

Time: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET
Target Audience and Content: Any staff that will be involved in the completion of key pretest activities associated with the ACT spring 2025 junior state administration. This content will be recorded and posted to the ACT-hosted website if staff are unable to join during the scheduled date/time.

New Research Explores the Importance of Educators’ Identities in Multilingual Learner Education
WIDA researcher Hannah Park published new research that examined multimodal autobiographies of 30 preservice teachers, most of them first-generation college students. This news article explores the paper's findings, which shed light on the personal journeys of bilingual/ESL preservice teaching, uncovering ways their linguistic and ethnic identities shape their development as educators.

2025 WIDA Annual Conference: Call for Proposals is Now Open
WIDA invites educators to share their expertise as a presenter at the conference that is by teachers, for teachers! The 2025 WIDA Annual Conference will take place Oct. 27-30, 2025, in Seattle, Washington, under the theme Igniting Innovation for Multilingual Learners. The knowledge and insight of WIDA educators and experts in the field are essential to the quality of the WIDA Annual Conference. WIDA welcomes proposals from first-timers and pros alike; WIDA wants to hear from educators! Learn more and submit concurrent session and workshop proposals by Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025.

Assessment Scores in Infinite Campus
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) strives to publish student results data in Infinite Campus (IC) as it becomes available. KDE will publish KYOTE scores to districts beginning on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
