Question of the Week
Q: When does PearsonAccessnext (PAN) open for the ACT Spring 2025 Junior State Administration?
A: ACT’s PAN system, which can be accessed via testadmin.act.org, opens today, Nov. 4, for the spring 2025 junior state administration. PAN is used by testing staff to select test dates, choose shipping dates, verify shipping addresses, and manage testing staff user accounts. Step 1 of the ACT-hosted website contains comprehensive information about these tasks and includes helpful resources, such as the PAN User Guide and step-by-step training tutorials.
Please ensure testing staff involved with selecting test dates, choosing shipping dates, verifying shipping addresses, and managing testing staff user accounts are aware that PAN is now open. For questions or assistance, please contact Christen Roseberry.
ACT Spring 2025 Junior State Administration – Select Test Dates Deadline

Please ask schools to sign into ACT’s PAN system and complete the Test Date Selection task by Friday, Dec. 6. Schools will make selections that will notify ACT if schools are testing or not and provide verification that the shipping address is correct. Step 1 of the ACT-hosted website contains comprehensive information about this task and includes helpful resources, such as the PAN User Guide and step-by-step training tutorials.
Please ensure testing staff involved with selecting test dates, choosing shipping dates, verifying shipping addresses, and managing testing staff user accounts are aware that this task should be completed by this date. For questions or assistance, please contact Christen Roseberry.
