2023-2024 Public Release of Accountability Data – Embargo Lifted
The 2023-2024 assessment and accountability data are open to the public. Datasets are available in Open House. As of Oct. 3, at 12:01 a.m. ET, accountability data can be shared with stakeholders and openly discussed in public meetings.
Note: the secure site released to districts on Oct. 1 for the embargo period is no longer available.
The School Report Card (SRC) will be made available later in 2024. It will include a dashboard and other data.
Ten-Day Regulatory Data Review
The ten-day regulatory data review period follows public release from Oct. 3-14. This is the final chance for districts to review 2023-2024 data for ACCESS, Alternate ACCESS, Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA), Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA), Four-Year (2024) and Five-Year (2023) Cohort Graduation Rate, Postsecondary Readiness and Postsecondary Readiness Scores in the Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application.
This is also the last opportunity for districts to request non-participation and demographic changes to 2023-2024 student data such as Individualized Education Plan (IEP), English Learner (EL), lunch status, etc., in SDRR. All requests are reviewed for approval or denial by the Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA), provided the request reflects the information in Infinite Campus (IC). Additionally districts should review and ensure data is correct for accommodated students in SDRR. This information is found under the accommodation’s column. The ten-day regulatory review will close on Oct. 14 for new tickets at 5 p.m. ET.
If districts are unable to access the Applications Login, check with the Web Apps Admin Point of Contact (WAAPOC), who may reach out to the KDE Help Desk for assistance. The KDE Help Desk can be reached at (502) 564-2002.
