Question of the Week
Q: When will Spring Rosters close in the Student Data Review and Rosters application?
A: Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application will close for new change requests with ACCESS, Alternate ACCESS, Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA), Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA) and Postsecondary Readiness on Wednesday, June 12 at 5 p.m. ET.
As a reminder, district/school personnel will need to do the following prior to SDRR closing for Spring Rosters:
- Confirm participation of students
- Review and update 100-day students for accountability
- File nonparticipation requests for students
- Add or delete students from the roster as appropriate
- Make annotations concerning students for district use only
- Mark accommodations for Individual Education Program (IEP) or Program Services Plan (PSP) students
- Annotate and delete any student who withdrew prior to the testing window
Any tickets which are not completed during Spring Rosters will be denied and may be requested again during Fall Data Review period, if needed. Remember that assistance with 100-day entity questions is available by using the 100-DAY TOOL, and the Help Button within SDRR contains a large amount of frequently updated information to assist school and district staff with this work.
