Q: When will the data and reports be finalized for the ACT Spring 2024 Junior Administration
A: The data and reports from the spring 2024 Junior Administration have been finalized. The reports can be accessed within ACT’s online reporting system at success.act.org, beginning today, May 20. School and district staff will also receive an email from ACT today, which will provide additional supporting information. Step 7 of the ACT-hosted website contains comprehensive information about how to access data in online reporting and understand score reports.

Program Consultant Vacancy
The Division of Assessment and Accountability Support (DAAS) has an opening for two Education Program Consultants. The Education Program Consultant Position (24-02985) is open to applicants through Thursday, May 23, at 8:00 p.m. ET. The posting lists the job description and duties for those interested in working with the Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) in Frankfort. The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) offers a flexible work schedule.

Reminder: Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA) Window 2 Closes Friday, May 24
The last day to administer AKSA testing window 2 Attainment Tasks (AT) and all Window 1 makeup tests will be Friday, May 24. DACs may collect school-level materials and destroy them after Friday, May 31.

Reminder: Student Registration Database (SRD) Closes Friday, May 31
All scores for the AKSA for test Window 2, Window 1 makeups and the Transition Attainment Record (TAR) must be entered into the SRD by the close of business Friday, May 31. For students who have been determined by the Admissions and Release Committee (ARC) to no longer meet eligibility criteria for AKSA, or if a student has moved out of state, please complete the Student Deletion Request Form. The final day to delete students from SRD is on Friday, May 31. For questions, please contact Krista Mullins.
LEA Webinar on 2024-2025 WIDA AMS Enhancements Reminder
Please join WIDA and Data Recognition Corporation (DRC) on Tuesday, May 21 at 1-2 p.m. CT to learn about upcoming enhancements to WIDA Assessment Management System (AMS) for the 2024-2025 testing year.
- Track test and student status with the new interactive Operational Dashboard in Reporting Services.
- Organize the students and registrations more efficiently with new change assessment, regroup students, and registration import features, a new school-to-school transfer option for WIDA Screener, and be able to add a new student to multiple ACCESS domain tests using the New Student tab in Test Management.
- Take advantage of the new waiting room feature in the Test Monitoring Application to strengthen test security practices at the school.

WIDA Self-Paced eLearning Workshops
Have District or School staff (all educators: school leaders, coaches and facilitators, K-12 classroom teachers, ESL teachers and specialists, and professional learning communities) that work with English Learners (ELs) been meaning to try a WIDA Self-Paced eLearning Workshop? Upcoming WIDA Secure Portal Outage
The WIDA Secure Portal and WIDA eLearning will be unavailable for approximately 2-4 hours on Saturday, June 8 beginning at 9 a.m. CT to improve site infrastructure.

WIDA Assessment Development Events
Each year, WIDA and the partner organizations host assessment development events that help WIDA ensure the tests are informed by best practices in the day-to-day education of multilingual learners. There are events like bias, sensitivity and content reviews that take place each year and events like cognitive labs that occur when WIDA's redesigning an assessment.
