Q: When will the next Student Data Review and Roster (SDRR) “Hot Topic” Office Hour be held?
A: The SDRR team in the Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) will be hosting the next SDRR "Hot Topic" Office Hour tomorrow, April 30 from 1-2 p.m. ET in Microsoft Teams. All SDRR users are welcome to participate in the discussion of the Do’s and Don’ts of Requesting Nonparticipations.

Reminders: 2023-2024 TRACK Pre-Apprenticeship Assessment
TRACK Retest Window Closes April 30
The 2023-2024 Tech Ready Apprentices for Careers in Kentucky (TRACK) Pre-Apprenticeship Assessment (Carpentry, Electrical, Welding) retest window closes April 30. All 2023-2024 TRACK Pre-Apprenticeship Assessment (Carpentry, Electrical, Welding) retesting must be completed by April 30.
2023-2024 TRACK Performance Results and Certificate
The 2023-2024 TRACK Pre-Apprenticeship Assessment performance results and certificate are available in the online delivery system (E-SESS). District Assessment Coordinators (DACs), TRACK Assessment Coordinators and Additional E-SESS Report Users may use the same E-SESS account information previously provided by E-SESS to log into the TRACK organization to access 2023-2024 performance results and the TRACK assessment certificate. Please refer to the instructions provided to assessment coordinators for more details.
TRACK Assessment Coordinators and DACs now have access to print the TRACK Pre-Apprenticeship Assessment certificate from E-SESS. Please ensure that students receive their certificates and the recognition they deserve for passing the assessments. The TRACK Pre-Apprenticeship Assessment is a component of the TRACK Pre-Apprenticeship industry certification. Refer to the TRACK Process Document for more details related to the TRACK Pre-Apprenticeship Completion Form.
ACT Spring 2024 Junior Administration - State Testing Satisfaction Survey Deploying Soon
With the ACT Spring 2024 Junior Administration complete, ACT will send a state testing satisfaction survey to school and district testing staff on Monday, May 6. The survey is intended to identify areas of improvement and ensure that input from testing staff is considered to help shape the testing process for future test administrations. The deadline to complete the survey is the close of business on Friday, May 24. Thank you for your time and participation.
Assessment Scores in Infinite Campus
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) strives to publish student results data in Infinite Campus (IC) as it becomes available. KDE will publish 2023-2024 KYOTE and ACT National scores to districts beginning on Tuesday, April 30.
