Question of the Week

Q: When is the planned maintenance for the Student Data Review and Roster (SDRR) Server?

A: The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) would like to inform district and school users that server maintenance has been scheduled for the SDRR application on Saturday, Feb. 24, from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. ET. Maintenance is essential to ensure the continued performance, reliability, and security of the systems. SDRR will be unavailable during this time for ACCESS and Alternate ACCESS Rosters. OAA apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the SDRR district and school staff's understanding.

Additional KSA Scripts Now Available

The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) and Pearson have released additional 2024 KSA and Quality of School Climate and Safety (QSCS) scripts for this spring’s summative assessment. Scripts for grades 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, and 11 are currently available on the Resources tab of the KY Portal. Grade 5 and 8 scripts will be released soon.

ACT State Testing Office Hour - Feb. 20 Reminder

OAA and ACT will host an office hour session focused on the Non-Test Activities on Feb. 20, 2024, at 11 a.m. ET. The session will be hosted via a Microsoft Teams meeting. While the content will be focused on that specific task, KDE and ACT encourage testing staff to attend and ask any questions they may have at this time. Please be sure to provide testing staff with this Microsoft Teams Link for the session. Attendees will not have to register for office hours specifically but will want to mark time on calendars to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

2024 Feb. DAC Trainings Hybrid Question and Answer (Q&A) Sessions Reminder

The Division of Assessment and Accountability Support (DAAS) is hosting the third and final February DAC Training Hybrid Q&A session Feb. 21 at the West Kentucky Educational Cooperative (WKEC) in Eddyville, KY.

The in-person Q&A Sessions registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will be followed by the Q&A Sessions scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon (local meeting location time).

Please use the links below to register for the Eddyville February DAC Training Session. Registration is open for both in-person and hybrid attendance for the remaining location.

Meeting links would be sent out via email containing details on attending virtually.
