ACT Spring 2024 Junior Administration: DAC Access Level Changes for the ACT Success Site
ACT has recently elevated the permissions of District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) on ACT’s Success site and its associated platforms to allow for Trusted Agent access role functions. This change allows DACs to view, add, or remove users at the district and school level within their hierarchy and grant or remove trusted agent roles for other users in their organization. In online reporting, DACs are now able to access the User Activity Report for their organization. In the Test Accessibility and Accommodations (TAA) system, DACs are now automatically granted access and can invite other users to serve as Test Accommodations Coordinators (TACs), approve user TAA access requests, and change or remove access for TAA users within their hierarchy. This change applies to current DACs and newly assigned DACs who request access in the future.
Please note that new DACs who need to get setup in PAN will still need to contact Shara Savage at KDE or ACT Customer Support, so their request can be verified and then an account created.
If you need assistance or have questions about your Success account, please visit the ACT Knowledge Hub or contact ACT at 319-337-1228 or via the request support form. Additionally, you may contact Shara Savage with any questions, concerns or assistance.
