Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Selection of Evidence-Based Practices
Video in the Four-Part KyMTSS Video Collection
The use of evidence-based practices is crucial for ensuring equitable access and opportunity for each and every student. The MTSS Selection of Evidence-Based Practices video provides information regarding the vital importance of using evidence-based practices within an MTSS Framework. The video highlights credible sources for locating evidence-based practices within the context of the local school community.
The accompanying facilitator and participant guides offer questions for consideration and discussion related to the use of evidence-based practices in order to maximize student success.
All materials can be found on the MTSS Video Collection webpage.
The KDE Evidence-based Practices webpage offers tools and resources to make it easier for schools to identify and implement evidence-based practices with fidelity.
Kentucky Regional Educational Cooperatives
The eight regional educational cooperatives offer MTSS professional learning and technical assistance. For more information regarding cooperative technical assistance, please contact your regional cooperative.
