Individual KSA and AKSA Student Data Now Available in PAN
The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) in collaboration with Pearson has released individual student assessment results for Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA) and Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA). The following reports are available in Pearson Access Next (PAN):
- School Listing File Excel Spreadsheet
- School Listing File PDF Report
The KSA and AKSA student data may be shared with teachers and administrators who have an educational interest in the student (i.e., to prepare for instruction, identify strengths and areas for growth, etc.). The OAA does not require that districts have teachers sign an Embargoed Data Non-Disclosure Statement for this data. To comply with FERPA laws, individual student data may not be released to media or shared publicly which is what the Embargoed Data Non-Disclosure Statement covers. Results may be shared with students and parents when paper versions of the Individual Student Reports are available in late-September.
