Spring Rosters in SDRR
Spring Rosters are tentatively scheduled to open in the Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application for schools and districts to begin work with spring testing on April 26 at 9 a.m. ET. It will close for new change requests on June 14 at 5 p.m. ET. Rosters available during the spring will be ACCESS, Alternate ACCESS, Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA), Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA) and Postsecondary Readiness.
Updating the Spring Rosters in SDRR assists with accurately reporting school data in the fall. Tasks to be completed include reviewing student demographic data, adding students, deleting students, marking nonparticipations, changing accountability if needed and marking accommodations for IEP and EL students.

KSA PearsonAccessnext (PAN) Work Requests
Pearson is encouraging District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) and Building Assessment Coordinators (BACs) to look for Work Requests within PAN upon each login. Work requests are indicated by a red bell in the black page toolbar. Work Requests are displayed for students that have transferred to a new school within Kentucky. Please refer to directions for Creating/Approving/Deleting a Work Request located on page 27 in the 2023 Spring KSA Test Administration Manual. Additionally, directions are also available for transferring a student between schools within the same district.

KSA Office Hour (with updated Teams link)
The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) in collaboration with Pearson is hosting office hour sessions for the spring 2023 administration of the Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA). The first session will be held Wednesday, April 12. Pearson will provide a tutorial to assist District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) and Building Assessment Coordinators (BACs) with creating test sessions, adding accommodations and creating classes in PearsonAccessnext (PAN). DACs, BACs and all test administrators will be able to ask questions and receive assistance during this time. Questions can be submitted prior to the office hour using the KSA Office Hour Form. Please use the meeting link below to join the Teams meeting. Links to future Office Hour meetings will be shared in Monday DAC emails.

Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA) Window 2 Opens April 17
The AKSA testing Window 2 Attainment Tasks (AT) administration will begin on Monday, April 17. Content standards for reading, mathematics, science, social studies and writing will be assessed. No tasks may be administered before Monday, April 17.
Instruction may continue into the testing window if the content provided is not derived from the actual Attainment Tasks being administered. Once the task administration begins, all instruction for that standard should cease until after the task administration has been completed. The testing window will end May 30. DACs may collect school level materials and destroy them after June 2.
Any makeup tests for Window 1, not yet administered, may continue into Window 2. For questions about administering the second AKSA window or a makeup for the first window, please contact dacinfo@education.ky.gov.
Student Registration Database (SRD) to Open on Monday, April 17
Score entry for the Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA) in the SRD for test Window 2 will officially open on April 17. Teachers who had access to enter scores during Window 1 will continue to have access for score entry during Window 2. District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) or anyone with district level rights will have the same level of access that was provided during the first window. The last day for any type of score entry will be June 2.
