(FRANKFORT, KY) –The State Advisory Panel for Exceptional Children (SAPEC) meeting will be on Feb. 24, 2023.
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requires that states establish advisory panels to advise and assist the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) on special education and related services for children with disabilities.
The meeting will be held onsite at the 300 Building, 1st Floor Training Room A. The public may attend onsite. A public comment period is built into each agenda and comments may be submitted to the following email: kdesapec@education.ky.gov.
