Final Data Files After Ten-Day Regulatory Data Review
The ten-day regulatory data review period after the public release and the final data review period in the Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application are complete. All approved data review changes have been applied to the system. These data changes have been updated in the School Report Card (SRC).
Data that reflect changes made in the SDRR application for ACCESS, Alternate ACCESS, KSA, Alternate KSA, and Cohort Graduation Rate during this data review are now available in the KDE Applications Login. Additionally, K Screen, School Climate and Safety and The ACT are included in the spreadsheets.
DACs will download the zipped files with student information. The zipped files for each district can be found under the Student Data Detail. The file name is, "SD22_District Number_DataReview_2022_DistrictName_20221107.zip”. The zip file contains seven folders. The folders contain spreadsheets for each school and district on the following:
- EL (English Learners)
- Graduation Rate
- K Screen

KSA - (Novice, Apprentice, Proficient, and Distinguished) for Reading (grades 3-8, 10), Mathematics (grades 3-8, 10), Science (4, 7, 11), and Writing (5, 8, 11)
- School Climate and Safety

Student Data - Student listings of Graduates (4-year and 5-year cohort) and Tested Students (Content Assessment and ACCESS)
- The ACT
