Q: When should schools start completing the non-test activities in MyACT?
A: The personalized instructions students will need to conduct the non-test activity in MyACT should now be in schools. Testing staff should start planning to conduct in-school non-test sessions at this time, which will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The non-test activities in the MyACT prior to the school’s initial testing window. Testing Staff needs to be aware of and comply with the Kentucky Department of Education Parental Consent Form prior to hosting the in-school non-test session. Testing staff should also be familiar with the Fall Administration Supplement to ensure students without parental consent have a State Use Question answered accurately in PearsonAccessNext (PAN). ACT Fall 2022 Senior Administration Office Hour - Reminder
ACT and OAA have partnered to offer office hours to support testing staff in navigating the fall 2022 senior administration. The next office hour will be Thursday, September 29, 2022 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Please make any staff involved with the fall administration of the ACT aware of this upcoming opportunity to connect with ACT and OAA staff. ACT Fall 2022 Senior Administration: Prepare for Testing Communication Deploying
ACT will email school and district testing staff on Tuesday, Sept. 27. The email will provide testing staff with information to help prepare for testing by offering examinees the opportunity to conduct non-test activities, verify that students are accurately accounted for within PearsonAccessNext (PAN), and conduct staff training activities to ensure there is a smooth test day experience. Should testing staff have questions at this time, choose the appropriate connection listed below.

Assessment Scores in Infinite Campus
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) strives to publish student results data in Infinite Campus (IC) as it becomes available. KDE will publish ACT National scores to districts beginning on Tuesday, September 27th. Please email KDE data services inbox with any questions on this matter.

Central Office Services Service Device (COS-SD) Update (WIDA Screeners and ACCESS)
There will be an update to the COS Service Device on the evening of Thursday, Sept. 29.

Devices connected to the Internet and left on overnight will automatically receive this update to version 6.2.

Devices that are not left on overnight, or do not automatically update, can continue to be used to support student testing. These devices can be manually updated using the WIDA AMS Central Office Services application.
This update is designed to enhance the logging capabilities of the COS-SD. This will allow DRC to better investigate issues and will remove the need for site intervention to get access to the logs. Please contact DRC Customer Support or phone (855) 787-9615 with any questions or concerns.
