Coalition for Financial Literacy in the Commonwealth Summer Conference
The Coalition for Financial Literacy in the Commonwealth Summer Conference will be hosting two virtual sessions. Participants will dive into the economics content of the Kentucky Academic Standards for Social Studies and the new financial literacy standards. In sessions led by experienced teachers, university professors and Federal Reserve Bank economic education specialists, educators will explore curriculum resources to use in their classrooms.
Individual districts/schools can approve 3 hours of flexible professional learning credit for each day. Certificates will be emailed to all attendees after the event, but participants need to check with their district for eligibility.
Participants may attend both sessions, but need to register for each one separately.
