REMINDER: 2022 CTE EOP Assessment Testing Window Closes 04/15/2022
Effective April 11, 2022, all remaining schools in testing Windows 4 and 5 may proceed with CTE EOP testing as planned.
Due to the urgency in completing internal assessment reviews and releasing EOP test results as scheduled, CTE EOP Assessment testing is requested to be completed by April 15, 2022.
The Office of Career and Technical Education (OCTE) will continue to provide updates and work to address any further issues as they arise.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Ensure students impacted by prior E-SESS outages during testing (e.g., 03/15, 03/21, 03/22) and need to finish testing are able to complete testing by April 15, 2022. In addition to requests for technical assistance related to E-SESS outages from the CTE EOP Assessment Coordinators, refer to email notifications from OCTE (03/28/2022 – 03/31/2022) to review previously provided reports of additional time added for students impacted by E-SESS outages and identified as unsuccessfully submitted or testing around the time of the E-SESS outages. If the student has already finished testing, then please disregard.
TECHNICAL TIPS FOR TESTING:
Staggered Start If testing in larger groups (30 – 50+), please use a staggered start approach by allowing a group of 10 students to log in and confirm they have successfully logged in before moving on to the next group of 10 and so on.
Student Account Requiring Time to Finish Testing Due to E-SESS System Outage While Testing If a student was unable to finish testing due to previous technical issues (03/15, 03/21, 03/22) and requires additional time to finish testing, please confirm receipt of time addition update from technical support prior to attempting to proceed with testing.
Request Technical Assistance If a student is unable to log in to their assessment (e.g., participant locked, additional time to finish testing is not available and should be), contact technical support for immediate assistance.
Should an issue with testing arise, the assessment coordinator will receive an email immediately with the status and further instructions.
