Mindful Moments: Positive Self-Talk
With so many of us feeling pressure, stress, anxiety and uncertainty, positive self-talk and affirmations are key to focusing on ourselves one day at a time. Below is a quick affirmation you can use for yourself and share with fellow educators!
No matter the mindset you woke up with today, repeat after me:
I am here. I honor how I feel right now. (Deep breath). I choose to lean into my purpose today. I set my heart and mind forward. No matter the obstacle, I will take a step. I know who I am, and I am worth it!
