Mindful Moments: Transitions
Our days are full of transitions. We transition from our car to school, from student to student and from class to meeting. Between the stress and busy-ness between each transition, it is easy to lose sight of small moments to be mindful.
Pick one transition you have daily to begin this practice. Concentrate on your senses both internal and external, such as sound, feeling, thought, smell or any sensations you notice during this moment. Then, deep breathe and smile.
Once you have one mindful transition, now try another. This will bring some comfort, joy and peace to your days.
