A: Final aggregate reports and student level data files from the spring 2021 state administration of the ACT will be made available in PearsonAccessnext (PAN) no later than July 19. ACT will send an email to testing staff when data and reports have been posted. A comprehensive reporting schedule is available on the ACT hosted state testing website, along with additional resources in the Interpretation Section that will help school and district staff interpret data and reports.
While data and reports will be posted in PAN, please be aware that data and reports are also available in ACT’s online reporting system which can be accessed by logging into an online reporting account at ACT Success. ACCESS for ELLs Score Report Resources: New This Year, Parent Letters in 47 Languages
With ACCESS for ELLs score reporting dates drawing near, World-Class Instructional Design and Assessment (WIDA) put together a list of key resources that help explain and assist in communicating about student scores:
-
Newly updated ACCESS for ELLs Parent Letters: These parent letters, now available in the same 47 languages as the ACCESS Individual Student Report (ISR), provide general information about the ACCESS assessment and are meant to be provided to parents or guardians alongside the ISR. The letters are available in Word format so that they can be customized at the local level as desired with local test administration information and state or district policy.
-
Looking for a way to better understand ACCESS scores or explain to a colleague? Check out the ACCESS for ELLs Interpretive Guide for Score Reports and the Alternate ACCESS for ELLs Interpretive Guide for Score Reports. In addition to providing an overview of the various types of score reports, these documents explain how scores are calculated, and how one can use proficiency level and scale scores to support students’ language growth.
Districts in Kentucky will receive online reports in WIDA Assessment Management System (AMS) on July 14 and printed reports starting on Aug. 2.
DRC Planned Outage
A planned system outage affecting WIDA AMS will take place Saturday, June 5 at 11 p.m. CT to Sunday, June 6 at 11 a.m. CT. WIDA and Data Recognition Corporation (DRC) apologize for any inconvenience caused by this routine maintenance.

“The Bellevue Independent School District is in the heart of Bellevue, Kentucky. We are focused on inclusiveness and personalized learning. We strive to connect with all students to provide fulfilling learning experiences. There are two school buildings in our district: Grandview Elementary and Bellevue High School. Grandview Elementary serves approximately 250 students in grades Pre-K through 5. Bellevue High School serves approximately 375 students in grades 6 -- 12.
“The 2020-2021 school year was full of unexpected challenges. This has formed a new reality for all of us. Even though we still have pieces of a typical school day, today’s students are learning in an environment that we have never experienced before. We realized very quickly that yesterday’s methods no longer prepare all students for the world today. Due to this, we plan to provide a variety of avenues for success that meets the needs of our student population. This will challenge the traditional definitions of what school looks like in an urban setting. We recently introduced the concept of New Urban Education (NUE) at Bellevue Independent Schools.
“With feedback from all stakeholders, NUE Vue emerged as a K-12 vision. We challenged ourselves to think differently. NUE Vue focuses on personalization. We want to help each student succeed on their own personal path while focusing on social-emotional connections and relationships between families and staff. We plan to offer three instructional options to our elementary, middle and high school students. We will offer an in-person, a virtual, and a personalized hybrid option starting in the fall. Exciting things are happening at Bellevue Independent Schools!
