COVID-19 Updates and Information for P-12 Education

The Kentucky Department of Education has launched a webpage to provide COVID-19 updates and information about P-12 education. The department's three main focuses are reflected on the website: Educate, Feed, Support.

‘Gaining Clarity Around the KAS for Mathematics Through PLCs’ Recorded Webcast to be Released Tomorrow

This webcast will take a closer look at how the professional learning community (PLC) setting can support the work of developing teacher clarity around the Kentucky Academic Standards (KAS) for Mathematics.

There will be guidance on how to use the Breaking Down a Standard resource and how the Assignment Review Protocol might serve as a next step for teachers seeking clarity around a standard.
