ACT Rosters Now Open

ACT Rosters opened in the Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application at 9 a.m. ET on March 11, and will close at 5 p.m. ET on April 3. Please note that this will be the only ACT roster window in SDRR. The ACT is now used as one possible measure of academic Transition Readiness and not for proficiency. ACT will also be part of the Transition Readiness roster review in the spring.

For the ACT within SDRR, the rosters will initially be blank. School and district staff should add to the roster only students for whom a non-participation is being requested. At this time, we are only collecting non-participations. It is not necessary to add students who are taking the assessment to the roster.

There is a new non-participation for ACT. Students who score a 36 on the ACT are not required to take the ACT during the junior administration.  Districts may file the Score 36 non-participation and upload the official score report in SDRR. Student demographics may be updated in Infinite Campus (IC), and SDRR will be updated from IC nightly.

Please be sure to review the Announcements box on the home page of SDRR, which includes helpful information and links to resources. Also be sure to use the Help button which is at the top right of every page within SDRR. This tool includes Frequently Asked Questions for each type of assessment, step by step instructions, and other information.
