Dec. 13 DAC Webcast
The Office of Standards, Assessment and Accountability (OSAA) will host its live monthly District Assessment Coordinator (DAC) webcast today from 11 a.m. – 12 noon ET. The webcast will be hosted by Jennifer Stafford, Director, in the Division of Assessment and Accountability Support (DAAS). Chris Williams and Jason Howard will present during the live broadcast. Agenda items include: ACCESS for ELLs rosters, Accommodations and Online Testing, Accountability Regulation Updates, and other timely assessment and accountability topics will be shared. The DAC Webcast PowerPoint is available on the right-hand side of the Meetings and Trainings page. Please join Jennifer, Chris and Jason at 11 a.m. ET for the live broadcast from the KDE Studio in Frankfort. If you have conflicts with this new time, the session will be recorded and posted on the KDE Media Portal and the KDE Meetings and Trainings page with all pertinent materials. Future broadcasts are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month at 11 a.m. ET.
Reminder: Online Accommodations Training Session
On Monday, Dec. 16 at 8:30 a.m. ET, OSAA and the Office of Special Education and Early Learning (OSEEL) will have a training session to answer questions surrounding the accommodations and online testing. Materials for this session, including the session recording, will be placed on the right-side of the K-PREP page. Questions may be sent during the webcast to dacinfo@education.ky.gov.
