Spring 2020 Standards Implementation Professional Learning Series!
Beginning Jan. 9, the Kentucky Department of Education will kick off the Spring 2020 Standards Implementation Professional Learning Series with an "Update on Standards Resources" webcast that will feature implementation guidance documents to support next steps for schools and districts in reading and writing, mathematics, science and social studies.
Two webcasts and a digital professional learning opportunity will be available each month to support standards implementation. The webcasts and digital learning opportunity will cover different aspects of a related topic and, although participation in all three will result in the greatest learning, it is not required. January will focus on science, February will focus on social studies, March on reading and writing, and April on mathematics.
