KICCS Provider Portal Accessibility Information

The KICCS Open Payment Period (OPP) process is set to begin @ 7:00pm EST today. During OPP, KICCS will be gathering information and creating your billing forms so that they can be posted on the portal for your processing. This process normally takes no more than a few hours, unless it comes across an unpredictable situation or other server issues.

If the OPP process is still running @ 9pm EST tonight, we will bring this website down and try to resolve the problem. We’ll bring it back up as soon as the issues are resolved and billing forms are created. If you try to access this website while it’s down you will see the message: “Server Unavailable”. You should try again later.

In the event the problem is not resolved by 7:00 a.m. EST on the 1st of month, we’ll bring the KICCS website back up and you will be able to use the system as needed. You will not see completed EAV remittances reports and providers that receive their billing forms via email, will not have their pbfs emailed until the OPP problem is resolved. When the OPP process is completed, you will see the following message at the top of the screen in red: The Open Payment Period process is complete. You can process your billing forms at this time.

The KICCS System Team understands the importance of the providers' billing forms and works diligently on trying to get them created so they can receive their payments timely and accurately. This is our top priority.
