Governor’s Service Award Winner - March2Recovery

On March 2, 2012, an EF4 tornado, changed a corner of Southern Indiana forever.  As the massive tornado destroyed homes, schools, and businesses, the Hoosier’s in its path took shelter together.  But it didn’t end there, shortly after the first tornado hit, a second EF3 tornado followed a similar path.   The tornados claimed the lives of fourteen people and injured many others.  The damage spanned five counties in Southern Indiana ... As volunteers and donations began to pour in from across the country, the community began to rebuild together. ...

Scholarship Program for Points of Light’s Conference on Volunteering and Service

Supported by The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, the Scholarship Program will take place during the Points of Light Conference on Volunteering and Service in Atlanta, GA at the Georgia World Congress Center from June 16 to June 18, 2014. This is a unique opportunity for the brightest, most promising young leaders in the volunteering and service sectors to connect and collaborate for greater community impact.

A great resource for homeowners who come to you seeking counsel regarding foreclosure is Indiana's Hardest Hit Fund. The Hardest Hit Fund is a free program administered through IFPN that provides financial assistance to homeowners who are at risk of losing their homes to foreclosure due to circumstances beyond their control.
