Opportunities available to learn more about your 2013 benefits options

We hope that you have taken time to visit the SPD Open Enrollment website (www.in.gov/spd/openenrollment) and get better acquainted with options for your 2013 benefits. If you still have questions, there are several additional resources to help you get the answers you need. We have scheduled town hall informational meetings and webinars (a web-based seminar that you access through a computer). You can contact the Benefits Division with your questions as well.
Both the town hall meetings and the webinars are an overview of your Open Enrollment 2013 options and allow time for questions. Sessions are expected to last one hour.

Town hall meetings

Wednesday Oct. 17, 3-4 p.m.
Indiana Government Center South Auditorium (IGCS) – This session is an overview of 2013 Open Enrollment options.
Friday, Oct. 19, 9-10 a.m.; 1-2 p.m.

Webinars

Webinars can either be accessed from home or you can attend as a group in one of the listed locations. These sessions are lead by a SPD Benefits specialist who can answer any questions concerning your health care.

The information included in this email does not apply to conservation officers, excise officers, Indiana State Police plan participants, part-time employees  or contract employees.

No access to Peoplesoft November 10 & 11

Due to the planned power outage on Saturday, November 10 and Sunday, November 11 in Indiana Government Center North, PeopleSoft will be unavailable to all users during that time. Please make plans to complete your Open Enrollment submission before November 10 or after November 11. Open Enrollment runs October 29 to noon EST on November 19.
