WREATH PLACING CEREMONY TO COMMENCE 28TH ANNUAL MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. HOLIDAY CELEBRATION

INDIANAPOLIS—The Indiana Civil Rights Commission (ICRC) and the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Indiana Holiday Commission will host the State of Indiana’s 28th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Indiana Holiday three-event celebration starting with a Wreath Placing Ceremony on Monument Circle, tonight, Wednesday, January 9. In remembrance of his legacy, the community is invited to participate in the ceremony.
