The Serve Indiana Awards for Excellence Ceremony
recognizes outstanding volunteers in communities around the State. There are eight categories ranging from individual awards, to corporate and group awards.
Reviewer Role: It is requested that each reviewer score 3-4 nominations. Each application should take about 20 minutes to review, and in total this should only take about 1-2 hours total depending on the number of applications you review.
Reviewer Timeline, Tools, and Training: All reviewers will be given two weeks to review their applications and will be provided a review tool to respond. There will also a conference call for all reviewers following submissions to discuss any points of clarification. The only required deadline is the submission date but we strongly encourage all reviewers to attend the follow up conference call to assist in their review.
July 30th: Deadline to email availability
August 3rd: Nomination forms emailed to reviewers
August 17th: Reviews submitted to Serve Indiana
August 22nd: Reviewer conference call to discuss results

Serve Indiana is conducting its
annual application process and is seeking peer reviewers for their fall
submissions. If you are interested, please review the full information
below and respond via email to info@serveindiana.gov by November 1, 2018.
Reviewer Role: Serve Indiana’s policy is to have 3-5 peer reviewers per
re-compete/new AmeriCorps State application. Thus we ask each reviewer to
review 1-3 full new or re-compete application to assist in the scoring of these
applications. These grants are 12-15 pages in length for narratives with
additional documents such as budgets, performance measures and logic
models.
