Hello,
Every three years, Serve Indiana is required by
the Corporation for National and Community Service to complete a State Service
Plan. This plan informs the work we do and is updated every year.
It includes public input to help us understand the service and volunteer
needs of our state.
Our office is currently going through a revision of our
State Service plan. We are reaching out
to you to help us inform our next steps. Please take a few moments out of your
day and complete our survey below by May 12, 2016.
Serve Indiana, formerly the Office of Faith Based and
Community Initiatives (OFBCI), is the State Service Commission for
Indiana. Our mission is to advance
service and volunteerism by informing, connecting and promoting opportunities
and resources that enrich the lives of Hoosiers. Thank you in advance for
taking time to help make our mission a reality in our state!
For follow up information, you can review the State Service
Plan here.
If you have any questions throughout the survey or this
process, please contact our Assistant Director, Elspeth O’Neil at eoneil@serveindiana.gov or
317-233-0901.
Thank You,
Serve Indiana
