Hammond High School

NIPSCO ELECTRIC RATES
An IURC public field hearing is set for Monday, December 14 at the Hammond High School Auditorium. The OUCC is also inviting written consumer comments through January 15. 


IPL RATES
All filings are complete in the Indianapolis Power & Light rate case & investigation, including the OUCC's proposed order (or closing argument) filed in November. An IURC order is expected in early 2016.  


CASE UPDATES
We will be filing testimony in a number of cases in the coming weeks. In addition to the NIPSCO electric rate case, the OUCC's attorneys & technical experts are reviewing Indiana Michigan Power's energy efficiency proposal. We're also examining requested sewer rate increases from Citizens Energy Group, American Suburban Utilities, and Hamilton Southeastern Utilities
