Whether you have it in your heart to provide food and shelter to our neighbors experiencing homelessness, discover a cure for cancer or diabetes, support our nation’s veterans, help rescue victims of child sex-trafficking, or support any other organization, payroll deductions are one of the best ways to create a better world for you and for your family.
Join 5,957 other State of Indiana employees who participated in statewide events and gave an incredible $1.45 million to nonprofits last year.

Onsite flu shot & vaccine clinics in October
The best protection against the flu is to get a flu shot every year before the flu season starts. Since influenza viruses change over time, it is important to get a shot every year.
Vaccine clinics will be held at the Government Center and Statehouse this fall. The flu vaccine as well as other vaccines* will be available at these clinics and can be administered at the same time.
- Thursday, October 26 • 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. • Statehouse first level atrium
Employees will need to register in advance. Walk-ins may be accepted but are not guaranteed.
|
Enrollment code: IN97832
*Additional vaccines may be available, including Hep A & B, HPV, MMR, Meningitis, Pneumonia, Chickenpox, the COVID-19 booster and Shingles.
The on-site vaccination clinics are available to state employees and dependents, 5 years of age and older, covered by state employee insurance. Contractors working for the state can also be vaccinated at these clinics if they use their own insurance. Employees using a state insurance plan will have no cost for the vaccines. While most insurance plans cover vaccines, individuals utilizing non-state insurance plans are encouraged to check coverage with their insurer in advance. Be sure to bring your employee badge and insurance ID card.
As part of the wellness rewards program, eligible employees can earn $25 per vaccine, up to $100. To earn the wellness reward incentive, you must provide insurance information when registering and must be billed through insurance. Full details can be found in the ActiveHealth Rewards Center: myactivehealth.com/stateofindiana.
