PTQ Incentives Move to Cash Awards

All Paths to QUALITY™ (PTQ) awards and incentives will now be cash payments. These cash payments will be provided through Tyler Technologies along with CCDF voucher payments when applicable. You should receive your payment within 60 days of your approved Paths to QUALITY™ level. If you are currently accepting CCDF, you will not need to do anything to receive your Paths to QUALITY™ incentive.

If you are not currently receiving payment through CCDF, you will need to set up your account through the Child Care Voucher Program — Provider Portal in I-LEAD. You can review the helpful voucher payment set-up guide to complete your account here. If you did not submit a W9 with your licensing application or registration, you will also need to have a W9 on file. Completing this voucher payment set up will only allow you to receive Paths to QUALITY™ awards and incentive payments and will not affect your CCDF Voucher status.
