Prepare for the July 15 Voucher Update
 |
The change to Pay by Enrollment will start on July 15. This new model will streamline processes and increase financial stability for providers while enhancing the service experience for families. Here are important dates to remember:
- July 13: Last day for families to use swipe cards to enter regular attendance on the POS
-
July 15: Pay by Enrollment begins
-
July 15 to August 10: Providers must log in to I-LEAD to register with Rapid Financial Solutions/Tyler Technologies and enter their banking information. Failure to do this will result in delayed payments
-
July 25: Last day to enter late attendance in the EPPIC provider portal. All late attendance and Personal Days entered in the portal for the last 56 days will be automatically approved
- July 28 to August 10: First attendance is due (for the July 14-27 attendance period)
- July 31: Last payment from Conduent
- August 15: First payment from Rapid Financial Solutions/Tyler Technologies
Follow the steps in the provider checklist to prepare for the transition. Register for upcoming webinars scheduled July 15-17 hosted by the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL) to receive support during the Pay by Enrollment launch.
