Mare Registration: Nov. 1
It's not too early to register your mares for 2021 Indiana bred eligible foals.
Two ways to register:
If you decide to register your mare after November 1, you will need to register her within 10 days of foaling and breed back to an Indiana Registered Stallion.
Contact Sara Distler for more information or see the website.
Don't Forget: Foal Registration
Foal registrations are due within 1 year of the foaling date to avoid late fees. However, late foals can be submitted with a late fee using the following guidelines:
12 months and 1 day to December 31st of the yearling year: $200 late fee
Please verify your foals have been registered. You can check the 2019 and 2020 Foal Registration List (and other years) on our website: https://www.in.gov/hrc/tb/2358.htm
