Because CBD can be procured ‘over the counter’ from many sources, please note that this notice is being sent as a reminder to Indiana horsemen that CBD is Cannabidiol and is considered a foreign substance for horse racing purposes. Don't Forget: Foal Registration
Foal registrations are due within 1 year of the foaling date to avoid late fees. However, late foals can be submitted with a late fee using the following guidelines:
12 months and 1 day to December 31st of the yearling year: $200 late fee
Please verify your foals have been registered. You can check the 2020 Foal Registration List (and other years) on our website.
