2020-2021 Winter Guidance to CoC
IHCDA and the CoC BoS board of directors have developed a document to help communicate several recommendations and important steps during the winter months. Included in this document are also several links and resources available from state, local, and federal officials. At the end of the document, there is specific guidance for the 2021 Point in Time Count.
