2021 CSBG Community Action Plan
Each year, IHCDA collects a Community Action Plan from all CSBG Eligible Entities in Indiana, prior to the start of the next program round. The 2021 Community Action Plan template and required attachments can now be found on IHCDA's website here.
Completed Plans are due Monday, November 9, 2020 at 5:00pm ET. The completed Plan template and all attachments should be saved as separate documents and emailed to CSBG@ihcda.in.gov.
