A clarification re: ESG rent assistance funds application

ESG-CV funds are currently available through an application process overseen by IHCDA’s Community Services division. Any nonprofit organization or government entity is welcome to apply for homeless prevention funds. Previous ESG or rental program experience is a plus but not necessarily required. For the HUB, we do ask that applicants coordinate with the local CoC regional council and submit a letter of approval from that council prior to submission.
