IHCDA continues to monitor the situation with COVID-19 in Indiana as circumstances change and additional information becomes available. To provide transparency and customer service, IHCDA will update this list with any new policies/procedures as they become available. These updates will be provided on a weekly basis for the foreseeable future.

Weatherization Updates
- DOE closeouts due May 15.
- IHCDA send guidance to the network regarding DOE PY2019 ACPU on Thursday April 30.
CSBG Updates
- Award amendments for the remainder of 2020 CSBG funds have been released
- Last week, IHCDA shared draft templates for the community needs assessment amendment and community action plan that will be expected as a requirement for CARES Act CSBG funds.
EAP Updates
- IHCDA has not yet received an update on when the CARES Act funding might come through.
- IHCDA will be issuing firm guidance concerning the ability to use LIHEAP funding to purchase technology enhancements in the very near future – please keep an eye on your inbox for that.
Telehealth basics for social work educators & behavioral health clinicians responding to COVID-19 self-paced online introductory course. It includes three modules that provide help with risk-management, ethical guidelines, service policies, social media and strategies and skills for engaging with clients online. Charitable Advisors has joined forces with the Indy Chamber to expand the reach of the Chamber’s Rapid Response Hub. The collaboration’s goal is to address nonprofit-specific COVID-19 pandemic questions in tandem with businesses that specialize in the nonprofit sector.
