Guidance in Response to COVID-19
In light of the current challenges facing IDA Administrators, IHCDA has posted program guidance that changes how applications and Savings Plans Agreements are collected, and that require Administrators to allow Emergency Withdrawals. These updates are only in place until 60 days after the Governor's Stay-at-Home order ends, at which point Administrators must return to following the rules set out Program Manuals. The guidance can be accessed here.
For questions, please email ida@ihcda.in.gov.
Weekly Office Hours
IHCDA is hosting a weekly listening session with current IDA Administrators, to discuss the impacts of COVID-19 and to share best practices between agencies. The calls are every Friday at 1:00pm Eastern Time, and generally last about 30 minutes. The call can be accessed by dialing 1-800-992-0185 and using code 6598172.
