Urban Land Institute of Indiana hosts Indianapolis Workshop
On January 25th IHCDA hosted the Urban Land Institute Indiana’s first UrbanPlan Workshop. UrbanPIan is a program developed by the ULI to engage communities in an interactive dialogue about the challenging issues, varying private and public sector roles, complex tradeoffs, and economics that are at play in land use and development decisions.
Roughly 25 participants who work for local governments, developers, and non-profit organizations gathered for a day of deep-diving into a hypothetical neighborhood redevelopment case study in order to learn about the development process from varied perspectives.
